Once a week, I post about something I’m loving (tv, movies, books, art, photos, romances, authors, or anything else) that I’ve seen or read about recently. So here is this week’s For the Love of …
When I start thinking about my characters for a new story, I find a couple pictures for each. Nothing that looks exactly like them, but close enough to what I’m picturing that the photos help me get the descriptions from my head to the paper.
I’m a sucker for a good smile. It’s one of the physical traits that draw me to a person. So I always try to find one picture for each guy that has a smile. Something to look at when I’m writing a scene where he’s happy, when he’s falling in love — even if he doesn’t want to admit that.
So today, I thought I’d share some of the newer pictures I’ve found. I haven’t used any of these yet, but they have some great smiles.
So what do you think? Do you like a good smile? What other aspects do you find attractive in a person?

I love smiles; they really can say a LOT about a person. And you can tell when they’re real and when someone’s trying to hide something.

Thanks, Kathy. So glad you liked my finds. You’re right…you can tell a lot in a smile. Especially when someone’s being mischievous or playful.
