I’m excited to share that author SJ Frost and I have created a Facebook page for our m/m reader group, The Sweet Spot.
Like our Yahoo Group, we’d love for the FB page to be place where readers can connect with each other and authors of m/m romances. We’re also discussing plans to hold contests, reader polls, share photos that inspire us, and other fun stuff like that. We’d love for you to stop by and “Like” the page. Share why you love m/m romances, what you’re reading, or anything else you’d care to talk about. The page is open for anyone to post.
Looking forward to seeing you on Facebook!
You can also join us at our Yahoo Group. We’re in the process of planning a monthly Reader Appreciation day full of fab prizes. We’re finalizing the details now and hoping to start that in March.
I’d love to see you on the Yahoo Group or Facebook or both!
Hope you have a good week.
I’ve had my head down finishing up TAKE ME HOME and only have a minute to post today (and it’s almost time to hit the sheets for some serious sleep), so I thought I’d quickly share a few links.
- For those of you who were asking, BREATHE is now available at Barnes & Noble.
- I blogged last week on one of my group blogs about motivation: Giving Lackluster Motivation a Kick in the Pants. Your reader comments about my writing and stories really do help!
- I now have a Facebook Author Fan page. You can “Like” the page to follow my writing news on Facebook. Or you can friend me via my regular profile. Or do both. I’m probably on FB more than any other social site (when I have time to be online at all, that is).
Okay, I’m off to bed.
Can’t wait for everyone to get a look at TMH. Is it December yet?
Once a week, I post about something I’m loving (tv, movies, books, art, photos, romances, authors, or anything else) that I’ve seen or read about recently. So here is this week’s For the Love of…
I’m totally loving these Star Wars screenshots at collegehumor.com. They show what it might look like if Star Wars had Facebook. The statuses for each character are perfect.
I tried to put it off (since I like to spend a lot of my time writing and reading) but today I took the plunge. I’m now on Twitter and Facebook as well as MySpace. Below are the links to locate me at each site. I hope you’ll stop by and say hello.
I’m limited on how much time I can spend on-line (in favor of my writing), but I am enjoying getting familiar with the sites and making new friends. I like the simplicity of Twitter and the formatting for commenting on Facebook.
How about you? Which social networking sites do you like to use? Which is your favorite? Comment or send me an email. I’d love to hear from you.
