I’m thrilled to share that the trade paperback edition of MORE is almost here. Check out the cover art…
After getting the print rights back from my publisher and doing a bit of research, I decided to go the self-publishing route. I don’t have a definite release date yet as I need to review the final proof before it can go live. It should be available for purchase in the next few weeks. Keep an eye on my site for more details.
Wow…self-pub? That whole scenario scares me. I give you lots of credit for pushing forward. You’ve been so successful, I can only imagine you’ll be successful with this venture also.
Thanks, Leigh. That’s very kind of you to say. I hope things are going well with you. Miss chatting with you at the RWA meetings.
I’m amazed you have the rights back so soon, but cool!
Thanks, Chris! For my titles with Loose Id, the print rights revert back sooner when Loose Id doesn’t release a print after the ebook. For MORE, the ebook will still be available through LI, and the print I’m releasing through CreateSpace (Amazon’s independent publishing option).
Oh I’ so happy about the paperback version! Congrats! Will you release your future work in paperback as well? Also how are Walter’s, Richard’s and Matthew’s stories coming? I can’t wait till to read!!!
Diane: Thanks! Yes, BREATHE and TAKE ME HOME will also be coming out in print.
I’m so glad you asked about Walter’s book (and are looking forward to reading more). I cannot tell you how excited I am about the chemistry between Walter and Kevin and the progression of the relationship of these very different men. I’m still revising/editing the last half of the book but it’s going really well, just a bit slower than I’d hoped since I made several major changes to the plot over the last few months. It’s not under contract yet so I don’t have a release date. I’ll definitely share when I have more news on that. Keep an eye on the blog because I’ll be announcing the working title and posting the first preview teaser soon (hopefully next week).
Richard’s book will be up next after that, although I might fit in a shorter story I want to write while I’m getting started on his book, but his story is the next novel-length one I’m going to be writing.
Thanks again!
Sorry Diana, I was typing so fast with all my excitement I got your name wrong. :)
Fabulous cover, Sloan! Good luck with the self-pubbing. I have no doubt you’ll do fantastically at it. :-)
LC: Thanks so much! I’m not quite sure what got into me deciding to design this cover myself, but I’m really happy with it and thrilled you think it looks good. :)
