I love this Sloan. Martin Luther King Jr had a way with words that transcended time. Another of his quotes that has and will always stay with me is: “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase”.
How true is that? It was posted in my History Class in High School and to this day I think about it and remind myself to move forward….because to stay in the same place, emotionally, physically, even spiritually is to give up and that is not living.
That’s a great one too, Elaine. So true about moving forward. What a wonderful thought to carry with you through your life.
